Mark Harris

Just days after completing his studies at The George Washington University, Mark Harris was on the ballot, ousting an incumbent state House member in the primary and standing for election at the age of 22. While he didn’t become State Rep. Mark Harris, he did become one of the most sought-after consultants in Pennsylvania, guiding the campaigns of U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey, U.S. Rep. Tim Murphy, and a gallery of candidates up and down the ballot across the nation.

In 2011, Mark co-founded ColdSpark in his native Pittsburgh, where he presides over a growing cast of office characters from a range of backgrounds. Mark’s reputation is that of a numbers-driven political analyst, always in search of empirical evidence that a strategy works. The results: a catalogue of success for conservative candidates and a growing consulting firm.

Mark lives in Mt. Lebanon with his wife, Krista, and their two youngsters, Abigail and Davin.
