The consummate Pittsburgher, with connections across the social and political spectrum, Mike DeVanney co-founded ColdSpark as a consulting firm that served not only political, but social causes. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, Mike’s career took him through a dozen political campaigns, where he developed a legendary skill at shaping large ideas into cogent and persuasive messages. Where partner Mark Harris is the math, Mike is the social sciences in the ColdSpark formula.
