With 10+ years of graphic design experience and a background in integrated marketing communications, Melissa is a creative problem-solver with a passion for communicating through thoughtful, strategic design.
A creator and nerd at heart, Melissa discovered her love for design in high school, as the perfect meld between her interests in digital technology and art. Melissa attended Ithaca College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Still Photography.
Melissa loves the puzzle of pulling a design together and always looks for ways to put her creative touch on the things she’s passionate about. Melissa is also an avid crafter and operates her own handmade business called Honeybee Handmade.
Born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, Melissa enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and visiting the many local breweries and wineries. When she’s not behind her computer, Melissa can be found crafting, binge-watching The Office, reality shows, or political podcasts, eating ice cream, and spending time with her fiancé, Derek, and their dog, Lola.
