Caroline Kaardal named to AAPC's "40 Under 40" list

ColdSpark is thrilled to announce that Vice President of Digital Caroline Kaardal was selected as a “40 Under 40” awardee by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC).

“Caroline brings unmatched knowledge and expertise to the table, particularly in the digital fundraising space, where her contributions have been nothing short of invaluable,” said founding partner Mark Harris. “Even more important, she is a hardworking and humble leader who consistently rises to whatever challenge is in front of her with a can-do attitude. The ColdSpark team and our clients are exceptionally lucky to have her on our team.”

Before joining the team at ColdSpark, Caroline served as the Deputy Digital Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. During her four-year tenure at the NRSC, more than $200M was raised in grassroots donations. During the 2024 election cycle, Caroline oversaw all digital fundraising — hitting multiple fundraising records, including being the top online fundraiser of all national campaign committees.

Caroline headed the 2020 Trump campaign’s GOTV and persuasion efforts on peer-to-peer text messaging and served as Press Secretary for Congressman Pete Stauber’s 2018 Congressional campaign — which flipped an open seat from blue to red. Caroline has also spent time on the Hill working in Senator Mark Kirk, Congressman Phil Roe and Congressman Pete Stauber’s congressional offices.
