Winning tough fights: Phil Valenziano joins as VP

So when it comes to picking new members of our leadership team, we naturally seek individuals who are ambitious, aggressive, and strategic in everything they do.
That said, we’re thrilled to announce the hiring of our new Vice President: Phil Valenziano.
Over two decades Phil has been a top advisor to Governors, Presidential Candidates, Congressional Candidates, and Party Chairs, providing a no-fluff assessment of the political environment and building the best path to victory.
Phil’s strategy for winning campaigns starts with building a 360-degree view of the entire electoral battlefield, tying together every piece of a campaign, and eliminating silos between projects to build a single self-reinforcing message that will be on voters’ minds when they cast their ballot.
He applied this approach to the pre-Election Day voting electorate of a targeted congressional district in 2022, resulting in thousands of new vote-by-mail and early-in-person Republican votes, and helping to flip one of the five districts in America where an incumbent Democrat was defeated by a GOP challenger.
Phil previously served in senior roles with Mitt Romney’s 2012 Presidential Campaign, Governor Terry Branstad’s 2014 Campaign, in the Branstad-Reynolds Administration, Governor Chris Christie’s 2016 Presidential Campaign, Governor Kim Reynolds 2018 Campaign, Assemblyman Jay Webber’s Congressional campaign, for the New Jersey Republican Party, and most recently oversaw a dozen states for the Republican National Committee.
