Prior to joining the ColdSpark team in May of 2023, Katie spent 3 years at the Republican State Leadership Committee working to protect and grow Republican legislative majorities across the country.
Katie’s love of campaigns began as a recent college graduate when she headed to New Hampshire to get involved in the 2016 Presidential Election. That opportunity brought her to Ohio where she spent a few years working in the State Senate and later for JD Vance, serving as his executive assistant.
Besides a brief stint in New Hampshire for campaign-related work, Katie has called DC home for the last 6 years.
Katie holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Washington College, a small liberal arts college in Maryland.
Katie claims to be from a lot of places, but is first and foremost, a Rhode Islander.
