Kelly brings years of expertise in operational efficiencies from diverse industries. Most recently spending time working in post-secondary education expanding from one to three accredited campuses. Her niche is in creating processes for staff and organizational growth development in business expansion.
Kelly has a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Analysis with a business administration degree. She found herself working with politics in the education sector and was involved in PA state regulation advocacy causes.
Kelly lives east of Pittsburgh with her rescued fur baby pup, Teddy. You can find her outside in the summer months riding her bike on trails, hiking, or traveling any chance she gets.
