Phil Valenziano

Vice President

A veteran of campaigns, national political committees, official offices, state parties, and other stops, Phil brings a deep diversity of experience and skills to bear for our clients.

Phil’s career started in sales for a Fortune 500 company before transitioning to a different type of sales: politics. Over the past two decades, he has been a top advisor to governors, presidential candidates, congressional candidates, and party chairs, providing a no-fluff assessment of the political environment and the best path to victory.

He also takes a 360-degree view of the entire electoral battlefield, tying together every piece of a campaign and eliminating silos between projects. Whether it is helping build a strategic quarterly messaging plan, translating research to polling to mail copy, building a thorough absentee & early vote plan, or making sure the tone of a TV ad fits the intended audience, Phil takes an approach that ensures there is a single self-reinforcing message that will be on voters’ minds when they are casting their ballot. This approach was applied to the pre-Election Day voting electorate of a targeted congressional district in 2022, resulting in thousands of new absentee and early Republican votes, and helping to flip one of the five districts in America where an incumbent Democrat was defeated by a GOP challenger.

Phil has served in senior roles with Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, Governor Terry Branstad’s 2014 campaign, in the Branstad-Reynolds administration, Governor Chris Christie’s 2016 presidential campaign, Governor Kim Reynolds’ 2018 campaign, Assemblyman Jay Webber’s congressional campaign, for the New Jersey Republican Party, and most recently oversaw a dozen states for the Republican National Committee. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of America and lives in South Jersey with his wife Madi and son Philip.
